Removal of Drivers Licence Suspension

If you have been disqualified from driving for more than three years, or permanently disqualified, you can apply to get your licence back.

If you have more than one disqualification, you must apply to have each individual disqualification removed.

The Legal Aid WA has a kit designed to assist applicants.
