The District Court has a range of technologies, infrastructure and skilled staff to facilitate the use of technology in civil and criminal proceedings by litigants, lawyers and the Court.

If a party wishes to use any of this technology to present their case in court, they should contact the District Court Listings Co-ordinator (08) 9425 2275 well before the date the matter is listed for hearing so as to ensure that the required technology is available in the courtroom in which the matter is listed to be heard.
