Representing Yourself

The term "self represented person" describes a diverse group of people who for a variety of reasons appear unrepresented before courts and tribunals. They may be both plaintiffs and defendants in civil proceedings and complainants, and also includes accused, and to a lesser extent, complainants in criminal proceedings.
